Addressing at the foundation stone laying ceremony of ‘Ramashray Bhavan’ at Kota Medical College premises.
The foundation stone and launched of Ramashray Bhawan, state-of-the-art BSL-3 lab and modern fibroscan machine aimed at strengthening health services in the Medical College premises of Kota Parliamentary Area. ‘Ramashray Bhavan’ is not just a construction, but a symbol of humanitarian empathy, respect and resolution to serve. Ramashray will be a support of comfort, safety and self-esteem for families who have to spend nights under the open skies during treatment in hospitals. The purpose is that the family who come with the patient can stay respectfully, eat and not feel alone in difficult times.
BSL-3 lab will give new direction to testing and research of severe infectious diseases, while liver tests from the fibroscan machine will be easily available now. I believe that the dedication of doctors and these collaborative systems will strengthen the common public’s trust on the government health system. Service, compassion and trust, with these are the values we are continuously moving forward.

संसदीय क्षेत्र कोटा के मेडिकल कॉलेज परिसर में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को सुदृढ़ करने के उद्देश्य से रामाश्रय भवन, अत्याधुनिक बीएसएल-3 लैब तथा आधुनिक फाइब्रोस्कैन मशीन का शिलान्यास एवं शुभारंभ किया। ‘रामाश्रय भवन’ केवल एक निर्माण नहीं, बल्कि मानवीय संवेदना, सम्मान और सेवा के संकल्प का प्रतीक है। अस्पतालों में इलाज के दौरान जिन परिजनों को खुले आसमान के नीचे रातें बितानी पड़ती हैं और भोजन व बुनियादी सुविधाओं के लिए संघर्ष करना पड़ता है, उनके लिए रामाश्रय सुकून, सुरक्षा और आत्मसम्मान का सहारा बनेगा। उद्देश्य यही है कि मरीज के साथ आए परिजन सम्मानपूर्वक ठहर सकें, भोजन कर सकें और कठिन समय में अकेलापन महसूस न करें।
बीएसएल-3 लैब से गंभीर संक्रामक रोगों की जांच और शोध को नई दिशा मिलेगी, वहीं फाइब्रोस्कैन मशीन से लीवर संबंधी जांचें अब आसानी से उपलब्ध होंगी। मुझे विश्वास है कि चिकित्सकों के समर्पण और इन सहयोगी व्यवस्थाओं से सरकारी स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था पर आमजन का भरोसा और मजबूत होगा। सेवा, संवेदना और विश्वास, इन्हीं मूल्यों के साथ हम निरंतर आगे बढ़ रहे हैं।
