Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our digital marketing agency. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and other key HR functions to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Assist with employee relations and ensure effective communication between staff and management.
Help with the performance management process, including evaluations, feedback, and employee development.
Organize and support HR-related events, training, and workshops.
Coordinate with other departments to meet staffing needs and improve the organizational culture.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduation (any discipline).
Communication: Strong command of English, both written and verbal, is essential.
Previous HR experience is preferred, but freshers with a keen interest in HR are welcome to apply.
Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of basic HR functions and english speaking
